Top 5 Early Insights

Superior form? - Analysis suggests the Randwick Guineas rated higher than the Australian Guineas in Melbourne

Five Group Ones feature on a massive card of racing at Rosehill Gardens this weekend, the track is in the SOFT to GOOD range and it should be a FAIR racing surface once again.

Ahead of The Race Guides going online tomorrow at 9am the Analyst Team have listed their Top 5 Early Insights below.

All odds are provided by our partner CrownBet.

No. 1 - Randwick Guineas Rules

After a close analysis, it looks like the Randwick Guineas won by LE ROMAIN rated higher than the Australian Guineas by a couple of lengths. You can read the article here -  'All Australian Guineas': The Finishing Order.

If that's the case, LE ROMAIN and MONTAIGNE (will relish 2000m) are big value in early markets for the Rosehill Guineas (Race 6).

Bet on LE ROMAIN at $7 and MONTAIGNE at $10

No. 2 Familiar Form-lines

The Ranvet Stakes (Race 4) is a global affair this year with horses from Ireland, the UK, New Zealand and Australia. DIBIYANI and the UNITED STATES even debuted against each other in Ireland back in 2012 before taking very different paths to this race!

They are both in flying form and could be worth boxing with HAURAKI in a trifecta, the three horses you know are fit and well.

Bet on DIBIYANI, HAURAKI and UNITED STATES in a trifecta

No. 3 Trusting Olly

Damien Oliver chose FLYING ARTIE over EXTREME CHOICE when he had the chance to ride either galloper in the Blue Diamond Stakes and you can see why, even though he lost.

The classy son of Artie Schiller was pushed very wide on the turn before launching a huge run down the outside.

He's the one that can improve again and beat the favourite in the Golden Slipper.

Bet on FLYING ARTIE now at $5

No. 4 Sweet Seventeeen

For followers of boom Waterhouse sprinter ENGLISH, there's two ways you can look at drawing barrier 17. Either it rules out her chances, or simply gives you better odds on her winning again!

She was so dominant first-up and could come into barrier 13 with scratchings. A serious galloper that will be very hard to hold out in the Galaxy Stakes (Race 8).

Bet on ENGLISH at $4.2

No. 5 Work of Art

When you look at Snowden's two mares in the yard before the Newmarket Handicap (Race 10) you'll spot a clear difference between the two. ARTISTRY is a commanding type with plenty of scope, while NANCY is a neat little fighter that runs on heart.

Backing the nicer type is a smarter bet at the odds.

Bet on ARTISTRY now at $6.5
