Another Group One crown? - Azkadellia is the favourite for this weekend's Tatt's Tiara

It's the time of year when Brisbane racing winds down as the Spring horses start to return from the paddock. Waller's champion mare WINX will be back in work any day now, trainer Ciaron Maher cleverly avoiding the Doncaster winner ever since his classy mare AZKADELLIA was well beaten by her back in April. It will be AZKADELLIA's turn for a spell after one more crack at a big Group One this Saturday.

Ahead of The Race Guides going on-line Friday at 9am, check out the Analyst Team's assessment of her chances below.

No. 1 Another Muddy Farm?

"We returned to Eagle Farm a couple of weeks ago and the racing was a farce towards the end of the day. A wicked bias favoured horses off the rails, leaving some floundering in the 'quicksand' nearer the inside. The rail only moves out a couple of metres this Saturday and there are some showers around again. Lucky Tatt's Tiara favourite AZKADELLIA has drawn wide!"

No. 2 Major Form Reversal

"Greg Hickman's MAJOR MAJOR is a strong stayer that went amiss for a season with Jim Litt. He's racing in much better heart this prep and was unlucky at Gosford two starts ago. Up to 2,600 metres at Randwick is ideal."

No. 3 Follow the Euro

"The Hawkes team have a promising three-year-filly in EURO ANGEL. She won impressively first-up and is unbeaten on soft tracks. Very very hard to beat."

No. 4 Risk and Reward

"Like anything racing is a game of risk and reward, weighing up the price against their winning chances. The Cummings sprinter SHAMALIA is talented at her best, but needs a smart ride with plenty of cover before a rapid ambush late. Those odds are good enough."

Bet on SHAMALIA now at $15

No. 5 Wide Rail Works

"The nine metre rail position at Royal Randwick is ideal for FAIR racing with limited bias. We're well out past the top of the camber, or 'fast lane', so all horses should get their chance on a drying SOFT track."
