A decent 2YO race up to 1300m, tempo a bit up in the air with STUNTS and KARA'S HOPE most likely to be near the pace (forecast: STEADY to FAIR). The class seems to be at the top of the weights, STUNTS running a solid race last start, while GRAFF and ORCEIN looked strong in the same trial recently. GRAFF cruised up the inside to win and ORCEIN was locked up at the back under a hold after winning another trial a couple of weeks before that. The scope (improvement) for GRAFF and ORCEIN has to be a big factor, both horses that should relish the 1300m too. MOMENTUM FACTOR right around the mark, not far off STUNTS on form. MICKEY BLUE EYES only fair in a trial last September, he's worth a look in the yard for Hayes.
