A good group of mares for the G3 Angst, none better on paper than Ronny Quinton's duo of DAYSEE DOOM and DIXIE BLOSSOMS after they quinellaed the G2 Golden Pendant a couple of weeks ago. DAYSEE was the better run there (three wide no cover!), but DIXIE gets the advantage of a better barrier and she relishes the Randwick mile, winning this race last year clearly. DAYSEE will be pushing forward on a FAIR tempo with SAVAPINSKI and MY TRUE LOVE from the Waterhouse stable. The big-striding IMPOSING LASS will be up near the pace too and she could be under-rated after a strong 3rd to Washington Heights last start, beating home DAWN WALL. [updated 8:55am]
