Waller's 3YO OMBUDSMAN looks hard to beat after running well behind the talented Live And Free before staying on very well last start over 1900m (wide from turn). He's got the right form and plenty of progression. NAHUEL another with good scope to improve, coming off a nice win over DIAMOND STAR HALO carrying a big weight, the Waterhouse horse giving him a form reference that lines up with ONLY TIGER and PLYMOUTH ROAD (both each-way chances). HAND IT IN right in the mix if he can bring the Scone form. JOE'S JOY stretching to 2400m (risk) and loves the wet (+ve). IT'S A SILVERTAIL has struck form last two and could figure too.
