Can she fire first-up? - Noble Protector starts her Spring campaign this Saturday

The new Group One status of the Makybe Diva Stakes (Race 7) has ensured a top quality field, with last start Memsie winner BOBAN out to show his will to win yet again. WEARY, VOLKSTOK'N'BARRELL and RISING ROMANCE are big threats to Waller's star over the 1,600 metre journey, and there is plenty of excitement about the return of boom horse ALPINE EAGLE.

On a great support card, NOBLE PROTECTOR returns to the track in Race 8 and the powerful RICH ENUFF is out to make amends for his first-up defeat in Race 6.  

With no rain expected in the forecast, racing looks set to run on a GOOD surface.
