After the Group 1 euphoria of last weekend, Caulfield sets the tone for many more spring campaigns pushing on, with the Group 3 Bendigo Bank East Malvern MRC Foundation Cup in Race 8 acting as the perfect springboard for many stayers looking ahead to the Cups including German import OUR IVANHOWE.

Reliable mares GRIANTE and TYCOON TARA will show all of their courage and determination in Race 7 in a Sprint Series race for the girls, while The Listed Catanach's Jewellers Testa Rossa Stakes over 1,200 metres in Race 6 sees red-hot Sydney gelding FELL SWOOP (pictured) looking to improve on what is an imposing winning strike rate.

With minimal rain expected in the forecast, racing looks set to run on a GOOD surface.
