This tough girl takes on the boys at Group 1 level - Cosmic Endeavour has the class to win

Two Group 1 races highlight the card at Caulfield with a Good track and sunny weather expected. 

The first feature is the Underwood Stakes in Race 7, where many runners including the favourite FAWKNER, come through the Makybe Diva a fortnight ago. The other form race looks to be the Dato' Tan Chin Nam which was taken out by THE CLEANER who should be able to again roll forward from an inside draw and ensure a Fair to Strong Tempo.  

The day's second feature is the Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes in Race 8, a race with a lot of pace engaged up front. DISPOSITION heads the market after his strong first-up win, in a race where the new season four-year-olds may hold the key. 

Other highlights on the card include the running of the Caulfield Guineas Prelude in Race 6 and Thousand Guineas Prelude in Race 5, with the picture becoming a little clearer for competitive three-year-olds heading towards their main spring target in a fortnight's time.
