Following Race 3 in both states, the forecast track conditions are shown below.

Canterbury Park

Current: SOFT 7

Bias: FAIR

Notes

Horses starting to get off the rails, but overall track seems fair. Times run suggest track isn't too wet, safely in the SOFT range. 

Flemington

Current: SOFT 6

Bias: OFF RAILS

Notes

Better ground six or seven horses off the rails and wider, but you wouldn't rule out one of the gallopers coming up the inside later in the day.
