Weekend Wet Trackers

Entirely Platinum - can get into a good rhythm if the track is wet
The forecast for Saturday afternoon is for showers and then rain, which will result in big changes to bookies markets if it comes. Some horses will love it more than others and the analyst team have picked out three to keep a close eye on if the heavens open.
Race 6, Number 5 Entirely Platinum
He has been touted as the best bet of the day and the only risk our analyst team could find is that he likes to get into a good rhythm in his races. If the track was dry and horses raced at close quarters there is a chance he could get into a tight spot, but a wet track means they will be fanning wider. If he gets the room to move he looks very hard to beat.
Race 7, Number 6 Superstition
His only start on a heavy track didn't result in a top three finish, but that was in the Listed Gosford Guineas, when he was only four lengths from the winner. He has some scope to improve to a better level than most in the field and a wet track will help ensure the real speedsters get tired late.
Race 8, Number 13 Dowdstown Charlie
He only performs when the tempo is good and the track is wet, and he looks to get perfect conditions today. He isn't the most powerful type and just couldn't sprint with them last start. A big turnaround is on the cards.
