In the incident Raffinato had to be steadied off the heels of All Salsa and Fitou, which was following, was hampered as a consequence. After taking into account App. Jennings' guilty plea and his prior good record, he was suspended for a period of three meetings to commence on Sunday, 29 November 2015 and to expire on Friday, 4 December 2015, on which day he may ride. He undertook to report back on the progress of Four Carat subsequent to the race.
