Deserves the win - Bold front-runner Zatopaz is expected to break through today

The Previews for Midweek Racing are on-line now, midweek rain setting the scene for a tough day of racing on a HEAVY surface.

Three Benchmark 72 contests are the highest rating races on the card and local trainers hold a strong hand. Bjorn Baker's ZATOPAZ (Race 4) deserves a win this campaign after taking on Listed grade last start and Vandyke's talented sprinter MOMMA'S SNITZEL is a popular favourite in Race 5.

As always, Chris Waller is sure to feature, dominating the betting in Race 3 with a trio of fillies that will be very hard to toss.

The day kicks off at 1:55pm with a Maiden for the three-year-olds.
