Leading contenders - Brett Cavanough has three good chances in the Wagga Wagga Country Championships
After some great racing at Scone, the Country Championships roadshow now heads to Wagga Wagga and Taree this weekend, as local trainers jostle to get a runner in the big race.
Brett Cavanougn has been preparing well for the weekend and brings a three-pronged attack to the 1,400 metre sprint, including last start Group 2 place-getter JUST A BULLET.
He's got plenty of speed, but can he hang on late against promising three-year-olds LOT VON COSTA and CHALLENGE ACCEPTED?
