Horse of the Week: Clearly Innocent
Published: 17 May 2016
Scone's local star - After winning the Luskin Star Stakes, Clearly Innocent is this week's Horse of the Week
Most of the punters on track only had eyes for one horse in the Luskin Star Stakes at Scone last Saturday. Local star CLEARLY INNOCENT paraded around the mounting yard with confidence, his long stride obvious even at walking pace.
He trotted out onto the lush turf, jumped well from the barriers and was too strong late for good group of city sprinters. It was a great performance after racing wider on the track, Stradbroke-bound MUSIC MAGNATE simply couldn't hold off his powerful finishing surge.
