Waller has a strong hand in this maiden and James McDonald is given the ride on ADAIR following a nice debut, but the wide barrier is risky. YAGOONA sets a decent benchmark to beat on-pace after he laid in and was just beaten last start at Hawkesbury. PODIUM, EL PARMY and BANANA QUEEN all showed enough last start to be a winning chance. EXCELLADUS one that could improve second-up to 1400m. Barrier trial notes; ATON OF DELIGHT showed talent, but might get back (back ran on 4th, 2nd alongside ADAIR, 4th), BEENVANE chased OK midfield (5th and 6th). [FORM GUIDE only]
