Exciting galloper that was dominant winning the G1 2400m Queensland Derby last start. Trials were fine (4th and 2nd). Watch for a booming finish.
Not far off the better gallopers last prep, including 3rd in the G1 Doncaster over 1600m on HEAVY ground last start. Trials only plain this time in though (5th, 4th and 1st).
Entire that has been mixing his form in recent starts. Forgive first-up before very poor last start. Risky runner.
Ran on strongly up the inside to be out-bobbed by PERICLES (since won) first-up. Gets a nice barrier. Should be in the finish with luck.
Ran 2nd in both trials over 806m and 1207m which looked OK without standing out. Fresh form on softer ground puts him in the race.
Had excuses first-up (checked) and second-up (wide) so seems to be going well for new trainer. Last win was third-up off a similar mark. Leading chance.

Up on a STRONG tempo when beaten before a spell. Ran 2nd in both trials this time in (803m and 1030m). Suited if he gets into room rolling on-pace.

Amazing prep last time in only beaten when close 3rd in the All Star Mile over 1600m. No trials into this, but he usually races well fresh. Right in it.
