Track bias, luck in running and progression are the key factors for the young horses over 1100m. FLIGHTCREW is expected to lead with THE PACIFIC and KUNDALINI pushing up near pace. All three of those have winning chances, especially KUNDALINI, who has the best form in the race and just needs to return in good shape to be very hard to beat. LOST (Canterbury should suit) the biggest threat along with the other on-pacers at odds. GROUNDRUSH won a trial nicely last year, but the form hasn't worked out since.
