A small field for the G2 Hot Danish this year and it looks like a clear cut speed map with ROYAL MERCHANT and MIRRA VIEW taking up the leading positions. The set weights conditions suits ROYAL MERCHANT and ROOTS ideally given they would both have to lump at least 7kg more than the rest of the field in a handicap. ROOTS perhaps the one with a better record at 1400m, but ROYAL MERCHANT can give a big kick from on-pace. CALL DI and DALCHINI racing well enough to get into the top three too.
