Bred to perform around a mile, but he is a more effective stayer. Can be a touch slow to get into stride early before chasing honestly late.

Has been better ridden quieter in recent starts. He was peaking on his run when asked to quicken from near pace.
Imported runner. Could get near pace and quicken in his races. One 2400m win came when sprinting best off a slow tempo and he weakened late in other 2400m runs.

Bred from a high class sire that won to 2000m and a dam that won over 1200m. Damsire FALBRAV (IRE) a multiple G1 winner up to 2400m.
Solid balanced type (photos) that looks to have a nice extended stride.
He loves a dry track.

Bred from a sprinting sire that can produce horses over distance and a dam (unplaced two starts in NZ) that has very strong staying bloodlines.
Always ridden like his NZ stable knew he was a dour type that needed to be on-pace and that's the way he has raced.

Bred from a sire that won to 2400m and a dam that won three times up to 1650m on wet tracks.
Staying type that tries really hard and enjoys softer ground. Can mix her form, especially deep in the campaign, perhaps because she tries so hard every start and starts to go flat.
She is a lot stronger with age and she doesn't take much racing. You have three runs then you back off her. We've tried to give her easy preps and she's rewarding us now. If she steps up a bit later we'll look for some black type if we can.

A tough honest mare. She knuckles down and chases so she can get over distance despite having speed in pedigree.
