The Gerald Ryan/Sterling Alexiou stable reported that since the gelding last raced in Dec 22, he has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone chip from both knees and near fore fetlock. The gelding also sustained a humeral stress fracture of its off foreleg and has subsequently passed the requirements of the RA Code of Practice including having to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards (Rosehill 18/12/23 & 29/12/23).
Showed he is capable up to the mile in latest racing prep, fighting hard in the finish. Given he is so tough an on-pace run could suit him and he often jumps well, but lacks early speed and ends up in midfield. Recent tracks have been OK for him (no worse than S6).

Prefers dry tracks and is adaptable, he can lead or chase home from midfield. Good country horse.
