The Gerald Ryan/Sterling Alexiou stable reported that since the gelding last raced in Dec 22, he has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone chip from both knees and near fore fetlock. The gelding also sustained a humeral stress fracture of its off foreleg and has subsequently passed the requirements of the RA Code of Practice including having to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards (Rosehill 18/12/23 & 29/12/23).
Bred to be a sprinter miler. Dam didn't win, but second dam BANCHEE (NZ) won over 1100m to 1600m up to G1 level.
