A handful of stayers over 2400m and no obvious leader, they could go at a SLOW tempo here. That makes it a very hard race to read given the two key chances NOUMEA and TAMARACK are both grinding types. NOUMEA kept on OK last start over 2000m and should be sticking on over 2400m, while TAMARACK is a one-paced type that might have to take the lead himself to get them rolling, which is a risk trying it for the first time.
