ROMANTIC WHISPER probably leads easily in the opening race over 1400m at a tempo that could slacken to be on the STEADY side. With equal luck LES AMOUREUX is the one to beat from the box seat, although there are a few threats. REGENT STREET and THE GOLDEN BEAR both come off a few OK trials and look like 1400m should suit, both taking on decent open grade horses in their most recent trials.
