Some better weather in Sydney for midweek Warwick Farm racing. We've got an improving SOFT track with the rail out +5m, which should be pretty FAIR and perhaps edging OFF RAILS later in the day. Starting with the 2YOs and 3YOs together, SPLENDID SURPRISE set to take up the running from the improving SPECIAL SNAP and then a few jostling for position in behind. One of the 3YOs SPLENDID SURPRISE comes from a lesser form-line and seemed to do everything right on debut, but still will be hard to beat on-pace against the younger horses (form ratings right in the mix). ROTATOR rates on top though after an unlucky run last start, up to 1200m with Shinn on. SPECIAL SNAP hard to knock if the progression continues.
