Import from France that has performed well when getting control in the lead over around a mile (both wins when leading). Doesn't have brilliant early speed by Australian standards so he may have to be more adaptable out here.

Wet track forecast is positive. Ran OK in a G1 on HEAVY and won maiden easily on HEAVY.
Nice pedigree. Bred to perform over 1600m+ from a dam that won the G1 1000 Guineas over 1600m. Second dam was champion MISS FINLAND who won from 1000m to 2500m. Half sister to 1400m black type winner WALTZ ON BY (by I AM INVINCIBLE).

Wet track forecast is positive. Sire can produce wet trackers, dam won on HEAVY (only win) and trial on HEAVY was fine.

Can see why they brought him to Australia, his best runs seem to be when on-pace on ground that isn't too heavy. All four wins in France were from on-pace (three when leading). Doesn't always jump well though.
