G2 level 2YO fillies, a great opportunity for some of these who didn't quite make it to the Golden Slipper. Early speed from SETSUNA, KHULAASA, MADAM ROUGE and SISTER SLEDGE (tempo forecast: FAIR). FIESTA was the only one of these that made it to the Golden Slipper and she produced a huge effort out wide to run 7th. The trial since was very strong (2nd) and she sets the benchmark for others to beat. PURE ELATION is flying though and is right in this race from a good barrier, SISTER SLEDGE with the same Estijaab form-line (although Anthony Cummings stable hard to rely on lately). CRISTOBAL right on top in the ratings too following a 2nd to Sunlight and a very smart trial since (4th, cruising home). SETSUNA won that trial and can't be dismissed if she gets the right run in the lead. OUTBACK BARBIE (won trial well) in the mix along with SWEET AVA.
