Only a small field so the backmarkers shouldn't be far off them, Waller's SIR BACCHUS and NEW UNIVERSE coming off strong runs behind Cradle Mountain last start, which looks like the right form-line here. The very tough IRITHEA went a touch slow in the lead fresh and is a big chance if she's fit now and ready to roll along in the lead (check yard second-up). SMARTEDGE also comes from the Cradle Mountain race and just needs to prove he can hit the line over 1400m.
