Finishing off with a very closely-matched race on paper over 1600m. Tempo from RAPIDO CHAPARRO, SONDELON, HONEY ESPRIT and LOVE SHACK BABY should make sure it's a FAIR to STRONG tempo. SONDELON trialled well into his first-up run and had great form in his first prep, but there was a late market drift before he was edged out by $81 chance Brazen first-up in a similar race. ZIDANE also just missed last start over 1500m and seems suited to the 1600m at home. Plenty of chances though; LOOKS LIKE ELVIS (solid out wider on track last week), LOVE SHACK BABY (tighter track helps), RAPIDO CHAPARRO (wet track?), MATOWI (progressive, wet could suit) and even CISCO BAY are right in the mix.
