Analysing the G3 Ming Dynasty for 3YOS is all about progression and the wet track with only a handful of runs to go on. Early speed from the horses drawn alongside each-other; MYSTERY TRICK (barrier 6), SAVOURY (7), ASPECT RATIO (8) and QUICK THINKER (9), with ALLIGATOR BLOOD capable of pushing up too if he wants (tempo hard to predict). ALLIGATOR BLOOD shapes as a very promising type with upside to 1400m. He's a strong good-looking type that's yet to be beaten and really finds the line! Wet is the risk though. At least the other fav' SUDEBAR has trialled nicely in the wet, but the form out of his win is only fair and he'll probably get back on the inside (bias against?). QUICK THINKER (has handled wet), REFORMIST and SAVOURY around the mark. [updated 9:17am]
