It was hard to miss the run of POHUTUKAWA first-up who stormed home for an impressive 3rd behind NAKEETA JANE. Both those fillies are strong types with big upside that will be tough to beat over the 1400m if the tempo is honest. FIESTA very reliable and won't be far away with any luck from the barrier and FUNDAMENTALIST is usually right in the mix in Melbourne (Sydney form lesser so far).
