Some well-known mares here over the 1400m. Early speed from ALASSIO out wide with MANDYLION coming across too setting up a FAIR tempo. BELLA MARTINI was taken back first-up when running on well behind ALASSIO, she can progress second-up (very good second-up ratings) and turn the tables from a position nearer the speed. Quite a few in the mix though; DIXIE BLOSSOMS, NOIRE and ECKSTEIN all well-placed at the set weights.MANICURE was tough last start, perhaps a touch better than ALASSIO who had the trail behind the leader, and DYSLEXIC has form-lines that tie right in also if she is fit enough first-up.
