A group of mares we know well lines up in the G2 Emancipation Stakes. Two of the most in-form mares in the country will take up the running, SWEET DEAL very brave last start on a hot tempo and POSITIVE PEACE coming off four wins in a row. If the tempo isn't too strong, the track firms up and favours those near the pace they will be very hard to run down. Plenty of threats, including INVINCIBLE GEM (drawn well), MISS FABULASS (swooper), NOIRE (drawn well), POHUTUKAWA (swooper) and SWEET SCANDAL (just needs some luck).
