DYLAN'S ROMANCE should cross and lead this BM 88 mile, probably not going as hard as he did last time with Tim Clark jumping on-board (tempo: FAIR). TURNBERRY will be pushing up on-pace too and sets the benchmark for others to beat, a tough reliable miler that will be sticking on in the finish. MATOWI the other obvious chance, set to run well third-up over this distance. Questions on some of the other key chances, including STROME (going well, but +3kg from last start in same grade), GRESHAM (not at best this prep so far) and MR RECKLESS (back to 1600m, form out of last win only plain). CUTADEEL a big watch in the yard over from NZ and so is BERDIBEK fresh, who could do something here after beating Mr Dependable (since won) in a trial over 1200m. [updated 8:37am]
